When considering using the services of Apex Bizness Solutions, the first step is a consultation. This can be done via instant messaging or phone and typically takes 30-45 minutes. The consultation gives Apex and the potential client the opportunity to get to know each other. Apex will ask questions about you and your business (the type of work you do, your office procedures, the type of service you're interested in, etc). In return, we want you to ask us lots of questions as well. This process allows us to get a full understanding of your needs and goals.
Choosing Apex Services
Once you have made the decision to use Apex Bizness Solutions, we will send you a Welcome Kit. The package provides you with all the necessary documents and additional information to get you set up as a client. Once the agreement has been signed and return via fax, email or regular; the next step is your initial deposit.
How We Work Together
Communication- Communication is vital in order to successfully implement this type of business relationship. You have the option to choose which method and frequency best serves your needs. Communication may be via phone or email or a combination of the two. You may want daily, weekly, or simply as needed contact.
Monthly Strategy Call *NEW*- Monthly strategy calls with Apex are scheduled to track client goals and to brainstorm new products, procedures, products and programs. Each client gets a FREE 30 minute session once a month. During this session we also like to get an evaluation on the current services we are providing and to ensure that everyone is on the same page. We review the package each client is currently receiving and determine if that plan is the best fit for the client's business needs. This call is designed to help our clients best utilize our services.
Tracking Time- We track our time using computer software. It is typically reported to each client in conjunction with invoicing. Time reports are for record keeping only. If you feel we are taking to long to complete an assignment, please ask about it because there may be a logical reason. However, you do not have the right to negotiate a different time allotment. If you feel we are abusing time, you have the right to terminate your business agreement.
Turnaround Time and Deadlines- Most assignments can be turned around in 24-48 hours. Turnaround time is based on the type of task assigned. We understand that there will be times when you need immediate assistance. Apex will strive to be flexible under these circumstances, as long as it is not abused.
