If you purchase a retainer package, you are purchasing a guaranteed number of hours per month. If additional hours are required to meet your needs. Monthly reviews are done to ensure that
Payment for retainer packages are payable the 1st of the month. A 10% penalty charge will be added to all unpaid invoices over 10 days. Unused hours will not carry over to the next month.
Hourly Rates
Our hourly rates are $35 per hour for general virtual assistant services (website design rates will vary based on project specifications). Due to the wide range of skills needed per project, we will create a custom proposal that is perfectly suited to your needs.
Please call our office or submit a request for proposal via email and we will contact you with more specific pricing details. Hourly rate projects will require 50% upfront and 50% at completion of the project. A 10% penalty will be charged for all unpaid invoices over 10 days.
Pay As You Go
Please note that Apex does offer Pay As You Go services. What is Pay As You Go? Pay As You Go is a service that we offer to our clients that are not comfortable paying for their hours in advance. The disadvantage is that your projects are done after the tasks for clients that have reserved their time in advance. This method typically has a slower turnaround. Pay As You Go Agreements may require a deposit before services begin.
Billing
All rates are based on actual hours worked, and are billed in 15-minute increments. All website services will be billed at a minimum of one hour.
