Frequently Asked Questions

How are my hours tracked?

All the time worked is tracked in 15-minute increments. We use a project portal that tracks all of our worked hours. Weekly reports are sent to you via email, but you can always log into our system at any time to view work completed, time tracked, and pending tasks. A notification is also sent if you’re getting close to exhausting your purchased hours.

Do I get a dedicated virtual assistant?

Every client gets a dedicated point of contact. Depending on your specific needs, you will be assigned a project manager or Virtual Assistant as your primary contact.

What type of Virtual Assistants do you hire?

All of our Virtual Assistants are U.S. based and college educated. In addition to secondary education, we also train our Virtual Assistants on various software and how to successfully support entrepreneurs and busy professionals.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there is no setup fee.

What happens if I don’t work well with my VA?

Guess what, it happens and there is nothing wrong with it. If you can’t seem to connect with your Virtual Assistant or project manager, please reach out to our support team. We will be happy to partner you with someone that is a better fit for you.

Can I cancel at any time?

We require a 3-month commitment. Once your 3 months have exhausted, you can cancel your package. Contact our support team if you need to cancel or pause your services. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your next billing date. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the next month. We do not refund unused time.
