Retainer Plans

  • Turnaround time – Priority Placement
  • Free monthly strategy session* set up to help you get the most out of our services
  • Dedicated Project Manager
  • Dedicated Virtual Assistant or team (based on your individual needs)
  • Weekly time reports delivered to your inbox
  • Text/Mobile availability during normal business hours
  • Onsite support (based on AVS availability – Atlanta clients only)
  • Overage insurance**
  • 3-month minimum contract required for all new retainer clients

Prepaid Hours Plan

  • 48 hour average turnaround time on simple task requests
  • Weekly time reports delivered to your inbox
  • Purchased time is valid for 120 days after purchase (time expires on day 121)
  • Time is purchased in advance

Pay As You Go Plan

  • Average turnaround time is 2-3 business days per simple task request
  • Weekly time reports delivered to your inbox
  • Subject to credit check
  • Client is billed bi-weekly for services provided

*Monthly Call Session – Monthly strategy calls with Apex are scheduled to track client goals and to brainstorm new products, procedures, products and programs. Each client gets a FREE 20 minute session once a month. During this session we also like to get an evaluation on the current services we are providing and to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

**Overage Insurance – In the event that client needs more hours than purchased, Apex Virtual Solutions will allow the client to go over their retainer hours and bill the client during the following month’s retainer.
