What can your Virtual Assistants do?

How much does it cost?
Our subscription plans start at $1350 for 30 hours per month. You can purchase one of our standard plans or we can work with you to create a custom option that fits your needs.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee, we do however require the first invoice to be paid prior to the start of your services.
Can my Virtual Assistant make calls?
Yes, your Virtual Assistant can make outbound calls to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, follow up with customers, etc. Calls must be made within normal business hours. We do not make sales, prospecting or marketing calls.
What type of Virtual Assistants do you hire?
All of our Virtual Assistants are U.S. based with some college education. In addition, we also train our Virtual Assistants on various software and how to successfully support entrepreneurs and busy professionals.
How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?
We communicate with our clients via our project management site, email, Zoom, Google Meet, other web conferencing tools, text, and phone. The type of communication available will depend on what has been agreed upon between you and your VA.
Do I get a dedicated point of contact?
Yes, every client receives a dedicated VA. You’ll also have an assigned Client Success Manager that will aid in helping you get the most out of our services.
What if I'm not happy with my VA?
Our purpose is to make your life easier. If you are not happy with your dedicated Virtual Assistant, you can reach out to your Client Success Manager and request someone new.
How are my hours tracked?
We use a project portal that tracks all of our worked hours. Weekly reports are sent to you via email, but you can always log into our system at any time to view work completed, time tracked, and pending tasks. A notification is also sent if you’re getting close to exhausting your purchased hours.
Can I rollover unused hours?
During the new client onboarding, we help you determine how many hours you will need each month. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, we are unable to roll over unused hours.
