Trena V. Stubbs co-founded Apex Virtual Solutions in 2007. Her work has evolved across executive support, business operations, process development, project management, delegation, organizational systems, strategic execution, and leadership development.

Her operating philosophy: Don’t simply fix the task. Understand why the problem keeps occurring.

Gminski Stubbs

CPO & Co-Founder

Gminski Stubbs brings a perspective shaped by service, leadership, education, and responding when the stakes are high. His professional experience includes serving as a firefighter, medic, and educator. Roles requiring quick assessment, clear communication, teamwork, established systems, accountability, and leadership under pressure.

His background reinforces Apex principles: preparation matters; people need clarity; systems need to work when needed; communication matters when teams depend on one another; leaders remain accountable to those they serve; and strong organizations develop people rather than simply manage them.
