Is there a setup fee?

There is no setup fee, we do however require the first invoice to be paid prior to the start of your services.

How long does it take before I have support?

On average, it takes 2-3 weeks to complete the entire process of recruiting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.

How do you find your talent?

Due to the nature of our business, we are always recruiting. We find our virtual staff through referrals and various online outlets. Each person is vetted and tested to ensure they are competent and trustworthy.

Can I rollover unused hours?

During the new client onboarding, we help you determine how many hours you will need each month. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, we are unable to roll over unused hours.

How much does it cost?

Our subscription plans start at $675 for 15 hours per month. You can purchase one of our standard plans or we can work with you to create a custom option that fits your needs.

Do I pay my virtual staff directly?

The team that we recruit for you is fully managed by Apex Virtual Solutions. Our goal is to make things as easy as possible for you. You pay a monthly subscription fee to Apex and we pay your virtual worker, we keep them trained, and we help you manage them.

Do you have a refund policy?

We offer a full refund if we are unable to pair you with a virtual team member that meets your requirements. Refunds must be requested prior to the start of any work requests.

How are my hours tracked?

We use a project portal that tracks all of our worked hours. Weekly reports are sent to you via email, but you can always log into our system at any time to view work completed, time tracked, and pending tasks. A notification is also sent if you’re getting close to exhausting your purchased hours.

How do I communicate with you?

We communicate with our clients via our project management site, email, Zoom, Google Meet, other web conferencing tools, text, and phone. The type of communication available will depend on what has been agreed upon between you and your VA.
